I do my best to make sure all gear is made strong and durable. Please check when you receive your item and ever so often that there is no indication something is wrong. For example if your dog chews through a leash or collar, please keep that in mind, that it is compromised, and likely may need to be replaced. Depending on the damage feel free to message to see if you can use my reuse-recycling program!

All orders are custom, and hand made. Small discrepancies will happen. A small discrepancy will vary depending on the element in question. As a general rule for collar sizing 0.5” discrepancy is deemed acceptable, as well as 1” for any leash lengths. For example if a leash is requested for 4’ , and it is 4’ 1” it is deemed an acceptable discrepancy. All efforts are made to have measurements exact. 1/16” is a common discrepancy. Any discrepancies will be made sure not to have any functional or safety impairments.
All sales are final as they are all custom so they cannot be exchanged/returned.
