Shipping Policies:
Local pickup or delivery is available!
All items will be sent with tracking. This may result in a slightly higher shipping cost, however this gives the ability to ensure that items are delivered. If a shipping rate is chosen that does not include coverage on the item, Adventure Ready Paws is not responsible for refunding if the package gets lost. However all efforts will be made and an investigation can occur to try and find the package.
Due to the nature of all current items it is very unlikely anything should happen to damage the gear in transit.

Packaging Features:
As a sustainable company my goal is to ensure everything can be repurposed, or is easily recyclable. This is why for packaging I use recyclable mailers, recyclable boxes, recyclable paper to keep the order bundled nicely.
An important reason that I decided not to use compostable packaging is that depending on the city a customer may be located, they may not have access or a compostable program nearby. Whereas recycling is a much more used disposal service in most cities.
My business cards are also plantable! You can simply place it in soil to grow wildflowers!
There is an additional business card that will be available to anyone who requests one. This will be trialed and if successful included in every order! This is an NFC chip, looks just like a coin, with a sticker on it with my logo and saying to scan it. Just like you tap your phone to pay, simply turn on your NFC reader and tap it to the back of your phone. This will bring up a link tree with the website, instagram and tik tok links. This feature is very important to allow various disabilities to have more independence. As opposed to having a sighted person read out the website or social media links, it can simply be scanned! It is also an amazing feature to allow you to share with anyone asking if you recommend Adventure Ready Paws! Simple take out the nfc chip and they can scan it on their phone and now can access all of the links needed!
